Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SPL Industries has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12h August, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the corporate office of the company at Plot No- 21, Sector-6, Faridabad- 121006, Haryana: 1. To consider & approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Single Segment) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. 2. Any other business with the consent of Board of Directors. Further, its letter dated 30 June, 2026, the company had intimated that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group-& Designated Persons etc. covered under Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading from 01st July, 2026 till 48 hours from the submission of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. Further, the company has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021, SEBI has exempted publication of advertisements in newspapers, as required under Regulation 47(1)(a) with effect from May 05, 2021. Accordingly, the Notice convening the Board Meeting scheduled on 12th August, 2026 shall not be published in newspapers by the company.
