With reference to earlier intimation dated 19th May 2026 regarding the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 25th May 2026, Advance Lifestyles has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances arising on account of medical treatment of one of the Directors of the Company, the said Meeting of the Board of Directors has been postponed and rescheduled. Accordingly, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will now be held on Wednesday, 27th May 2026, to transact the business items as mentioned in the earlier intimation already submitted to the Stock Exchange. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till completion of 48 hours after declaration of outcome of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
