In compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Veljan Denison has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for purchasing / selling or dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives including Insiders of the Company from Thursday, October 1, 2026.
