Pursuant to Regulation 30, Regulation 20 and other applicable provisions, if any, of SEBI LODR Regulations and Section 178(5) of the Companies Act, 2013, Windsor Machines has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company vide the Circular Resolution passed on Friday, September 18, 2026 has appointed Manoj Dineshchandra Antani, Non-Executive Independent Director and existing Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC), as the Chairperson of the SRC and accordingly, the composition of the SRC has been reconstituted as details enclosed.
