Yuken India informs about board meeting
Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Yuken India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2026 & shall remain closed until 48 hours after declaration of the said financial results.

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, Yuken India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window closure. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
