Further, a letter providing the web-link to access the AGM Notice and Annual Report are being sent to those Members who have not registered their email address. Members of the Company holding shares in dematerialised or physical form on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 (cut-off date) will be eligible to cast their vote by electronic means through remote e-voting facility or through e-voting at the AGM on all resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice. The remote e-voting shall commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 09:00 AM (IST) and ends on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 05:00 PM (IST).
