With reference to earlier intimation dated September 24, 2026 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30, 51 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) (as amended from time to time), Motilal Oswal Financial Services has informed that the Finance Committee (‘the Committee’) of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 has approved the allotment of 90,000 Fully paid, Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Listed, Senior Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (‘NCDs’) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 900 Crore. The requisite details of the abovementioned issue in terms of the SEBI Master Circular dated July 11, 2023 (as amended from time to time) are enclosed as Annexure A. The Committee Meeting commenced at 10.15 am concluded at 10:40 am.
