Further, Nuvama Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, shall act as an Asset Management Company and Nuvama Mutual Fund Trusteeship Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company shall act as the Trustee Company, respectively for Nuvama Mutual Fund.
