In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Aeronautics has informed that, based on the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Government of India Letter No. 49016/03/2016-D (HAL-III) dated 1st October, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of nindya Biswas, DS & DG (Aero), DRDO as Part-time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) of the Company in place of Dr. K Rajalakshmi Menon with effect from 7th October, 2026 until further orders, subject to the approval of shareholders in General Meeting. Other required details are enclosed. Brief profile of Anindya Biswas is enclosed as Annexure. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 14:00 hours and concluded at 15:30 hours.
