Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to its intimation dated 10th February, 2026 regarding the Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) conducted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) at the manufacturing facility of InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (‘InvaGen’), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, located in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York, USA, Cipla has informed that InvaGen has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the USFDA, indicating the closure of the inspection.
