Spencer's Retail has informed that pursuant to Regulations 30, 33 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 {‘SEBI (LODR)’} the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, August 13, 2026, has considered, approved & taken note of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, together with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2026 pertaining to the Financial Year 2026-27.
