Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A of SEBI Listing Regulations, Tata Consultancy Services has informed that it enclosed the copies of newspaper advertisement published in Business Standard (English), Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi), in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 read with the circulars issued earlier in this regard intimating that 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 10.30 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
