Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations), Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants has informed that it has recently received a LOA for Measurement of all Yards using advance trolley under the jurisdiction of Sr. DEN-CoOrd BSPs office, South East Central Railway and the total order value of the project is Rs. 2,11,69,023.40. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations and SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, are also enclosed as Annexure A.
