Re-appointment of Shailesh Kumar Jain (DIN: 08531336) as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to expiry of current term subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting. 2. Re-appointment of Neeraj Kulbhushan Taandon (DIN: 08747380) as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to expiry of current term subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting.
