Mahanagar Telephone Nigam informs about appointment of government nominee directors
Further to its letter of even no dated 08.07.2026 & in compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam has informed that it attached a brief Profile of Shri K. Balaji, Joint Secretary (Administration), DoT who was appointed as Government Nominee Directors in MTNL with effect from 08.07.2026. Further it has affirmed that K. Balaji is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
