Further, Lilian Jessie Paul has also ceased to be a Member of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company, with effect from the aforesaid date. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company places on record their sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Kaushik Dutta and Lilian Jessie Paul during their association with the Company as an Independent Directors.
