Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail has informed that SIL, a subsidiary of the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary ‘Sabyasachi Retail FZ-LLC’ in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Consequent to the incorporation, ‘Sabyasachi Retail FZ-LLC’ has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
