Affle 3i has informed that this is with reference to Notice of Postal Ballot dated May 11, 2026 (‘Postal Ballot Notice’) seeking approval of members for the matters set out in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Postal Ballot Notice has already been dispatched to the members of the Company on May 11, 2026 in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
