In compliance with Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aster DM Quality Care has informed that it enclosed the Integrated Annual Report of the company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with Notice of the 18th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) being held on Monday, 28 September 2026, at 11.30 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) facility / Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’), to transact the businesses as set forth in the Notice of AGM. The Integrated Annual Report along with the AGM notice are being emailed to the Shareholders of the Company on 4 September 2026, to those Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s) as on Friday, 28 August 2026. Further the company has informed that it has fixed Monday, 21 September 2026, as the cut-off date to reckon the eligibility to vote on the e-voting platform. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company has dispatched letters to Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with Company/DPs providing the weblink to access the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26. This intimation is also being uploaded on Company’s website at www.asterqualitycare.com.
