Sai Life Sciences has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations the Board of Directors by the way of Circular Resolution on 01st September 2026, had approved the allotment of 14,600 and 66,000 fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of ₹1 each upon exercise of options granted under ESOP 2008 and MESOP 2018 respectively. Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ₹21,23,13,617 to ₹21,23,94,216.
