Kotak Mahindra Bank informs about update on appointment of new manager director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that, based on an application made by the Bank, the Reserve Bank of India (‘RBI’) has, vide its letter dated September 30, 2026 (received by the Bank at 5:53 p.m. (IST) on September 30, 2026), accorded its approval under Section 35B of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 for the appointment of Anup Kumar Saha as the new Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, for a period of three years, with effect from January 1, 2027. A brief profile of Saha and a copy of the media release being issued by the Bank in this connection are attached as Annexures 1 and 2, respectively. The Board of Directors of the Bank will initiate further steps in due course, to formalize the aforesaid appointment and also seek members’ approval for the same. This intimation is also being made available on the Bank’s website https://www.kotak.bank.in/en/investorrelations/governance/sebi-listing-disclosures.html in terms of the Listing Regulations.

Axis Bank informs about appointment of additional independent director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Axis Bank has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has today appointed Arvind Subramanian (DIN: 02551935) as an additional independent director of the Bank for a period of four years with effect from September 23, 2026 up to September 22, 2030, subject to approval of shareholders. In terms of Section 149(13) of the Companies Act, 2013, he shall not be liable to retire by rotation during his tenure as an independent director of the Bank. Arvind Subramanian is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank. Please note that Arvind Subramanian is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other statutory authority. The details required pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
