Pursuant to Regulations 30, 33, 51 and 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank have, at their meeting held today, considered, reviewed and approved the Consolidated and Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (‘Financial Results’), as recommended to them by the Audit Committee. A copy of the said Financial Results, along with the Limited Review Report thereon, submitted by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, is enclosed. The Board Meeting today commenced at 10:30 am (IST) and consideration of the item on approval of the Financial Results, as stated above, concluded at 12:20 pm (IST). The proceedings of the Board Meeting are in progress at the time of filing of this disclosure.
