Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Stanley Lifestyles has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 08th August 2026: 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended 30th June 2026; 2. To consider and approve the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 and other matters relating to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed as communicated earlier vide its letter No. SLL/SE/34-2026 dated 24th June 2026 and shall remain closed till 10th August 2026 in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct, to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
