Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI LODR, Hyundai Motor India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today on July 30, 2026, has transacted & approved the following items. a) Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. A copy of duly signed Un-Audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 accompanied with the Limited Review Report thereon is enclosed. b) Fixation of Record date Wednesday, August 05, 2026 for Final Dividend. Final Dividend of Rs 21 per equity shares was declared by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 08, 2026 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. c) Re-appointment of Geeyes & Co., Cost Accountants as the Cost Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27. d) Noting of cessation of term of office of Gopalakrishnan CS (DIN: 09679256) as Wholetime Director and Chief Manufacturing Officer of the Company due to superannuation. e) Appointment of Mukundan MS (DIN: 11814362) as Whole-time Director and Chief Manufacturing Officer of the Company with effect from September 01, 2026. The appointment of Mukundan MS as Whole-time Director will be subject to the shareholders’ approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. f) Appointment of Young Geon Kim as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from August 01, 2026. In addition to the above the company has informed that the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 through Video Conferencing mode. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is also enclosed in Annexure 1. The Board meeting commenced at 12:30 PM (IST) and concluded at 03:10 PM (IST). This intimation is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.hyundai.com/in/en.
