Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Autoline Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
