Balkrishna Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 29th July, 2026 to consider and approve Unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026; Declaration of 1st Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2026-27, if any. The 1st Interim Dividend for financial year 2026-27, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose name appears on the Register of Members of the company on the record date , 4th August, 2026.
