Bharat Global Developers informs about clarification in movement in price
Bharat Global Developers has informed that this is with reference to query dated 02nd September, 2026 regarding movement in price, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded. In this respect, they informed that as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015), as amended from time to time, the Company is required to intimate to the Stock Exchanges, all events, information etc. that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. The Company has made all necessary disclosures in a timely and transparent manner as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and that the Company will continue to adhere to the provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. The Company also confirmed that it is not aware of any price sensitive information, which is required to be intimated to the Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchanges. The movement in the Company's share price is entirely driven by market conditions, over which the Company has no control.
