Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, BMW Ventures has informed that the company has secured a two-purchase order worth of Rs. 72,93,60,950/ - inclusive all taxes from Tata Projects for supply of TMT Steel FE-550D Grade for 3X800MW- for USCTPP-ADANI Project. The details, as required under Schedule III of the SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFDPOD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A. This disclosure will also be available on the Company’s website: www.bmwventures.com.
