Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Craftsman Automation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 7th May, 2026, consider and approve, the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
