Frontier Springs informs about allotment of equity shares
In continuation to its earlier intimations dated January 22, 2026, February 10, 2026 end March 05, 2026, Frontier Springs has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Monday, March 16, 2026, has allotted 78,77,022 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio 2:1 i.e., 2 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 existing fully paid-up Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each held by those eligible equity shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners of the Company as on Friday, March 13, 2026, i.e., the Record Date fixed for this purpose. The aforementioned Bonus Shares will be made available for trading from tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,93,85,110.00 to 11,81,55,330.00. The aforementioned Bonus equity shares so allotted rank in all respects with the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company as existing on the Record Date. The time of commencement of the committee meeting was 8:30 am and the time of conclusion was 9:00 am.
