FSN E-Commerce Ventures has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of FSN E-Commerce Ventures on July 10, 2026 has allotted 63,637 Equity Shares. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased. FSN E-Commerce Ventures has informed that this is with reference to the clarification sought in news item which appeared in the ‘https://www.moneycontrol.com/’ dated June 17, 2026 captioned ‘Nykaa shares rise over 3% after beauty retailer partners with OpenAI for AI-enabled shopping’. They clarified that the Company, in the ordinary course of its business, regularly collaborates with various parties to support and enhance its business. Accordingly, the Company remains in discussions with concerned parties, including the one referred above. This is one of such partnership with OpenAI for AI enabled shopping experience in the ordinary course of business. The Company will make appropriate disclosures / announcements in compliance with applicable laws, as and when due. Further clarified that there is no material information/announcement (including price sensitive information) which has not been announced and could have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour in the scrip. Therefore, the movement in trading is purely market-driven and may be a combination of various market factors.
