Hindustan Composites informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives’, Hindustan Composites has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives and for all insiders from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2026. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the stock exchanges. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve, Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
