Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), India Nippon Electricals has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ closure period will commence from October 01, 2026 and shall remain in effect till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforesaid financial results shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
