The resignation of the Internal Auditors is effective immediately from the close of business hours on 29th July, 2026. In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 Dated July 13, 2023 and the Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, the requisite details of the pertaining to the resignation are enclosed as Annexure-A. Accordingly, R Kabra & Co LLP shall no longer be associated with the Company in the capacity of Internal Auditors.
