Kajaria Ceramics informs about revised investor release
With reference to letter dated April 30, 2026 titled as ‘Investor Release’, Kajaria Ceramics has informed that figures of the debtors and inventory as on March 31, 2026 mentioned in Working Capital on page no. 9, have been inter-changed inadvertently. Hence, it has enclosed the revised Investor Release and the same is uploaded on the Company’s website also.

Kajaria Ceramics informs about change in senior management
Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, Kajaria Ceramics has informed that the Board of Directors (‘Board’) of the Company, through Circular Resolution passed today, have approved the appointment of Ipininder Singh as the Senior Management Personnel, designated as the Group Chief Digital and Information Officer (‘CDIO’), of the Company with effect from April 23, 2026. Consequent to the change in the reporting structure pursuant to the above said appointment, Atul Nigam, VP (IT) of the Company will cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from April 23, 2026. Details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in Annexures-A & B.
