Nelcast submits board meeting intimation
Nelcast has informed pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 18th May 2026, to consider the following: 1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026, and 2. Recommendation of dividend if any, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, as intimated earlier and in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window closure period for Designated Person(s) (Including their immediate relatives) of the Company has commenced from April 01, 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited (standalone and consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2026.
