Novelix Pharmaceuticals informs about appointment of whole time director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Novelix Pharmaceuticals has informed that the Members the Company at 32nd Annual General Meeting held on 30th September, 2026, has approved the appointment of Gnana Prakash Gattu (DIN:00517921) as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period for 5 years with effect from 29th August, 2026. Details as required as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, in respect of aforesaid appointment is given in ‘Annexure I’ to this letter.
