Remsons Industries informs about board meeting
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Remsons Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 22nd May, 2026, to consider the following matters: 1. To approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026; 2. To recommend the final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26; and 3. Formulation of Remsons Employees Stock Option Plan 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 for issuance of stock options to the employees of the Company / subsidiary companies. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours of conclusion of the meeting for directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code and the same has been informed to them.
