Pursuant to the Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vapi Enterprise has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 05th August, 2026 at 02.30 PM, to consider and approve: 1. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor: Pursuant to Regulation 30 and any other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has informed that the Board to consider and approve the appointment of HRU & Associates, Practising Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor for conducting the Secretarial Audit of the Company and to hold the office for the term of 5 consecutive years effective from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31 based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM. Disclosure pursuant to the above appointment and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/CIR/2023/123 dated July, 13th 2023 read with the Master Circular is enclosed as Annexure- I.
