Shoppers Stop has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Insider Trading Code (‘the Code’).
