Starlineps Enterprises informs about cessation of independent director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Starlineps Enterprises has informed that Neha Patel (DIN: 08851139), will cease to hold the position of Independent Director of the Company upon completion of her first term of five consecutive years on 30th June, 2026 (after close of the day). Consequently, she shall also cease to be a Chairperson/Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and Risk Management Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure I. The Company has received her unwillingness letter dated 20th June, 2026 to get reappointed as an Independent Director of the Company after the expiry of her first term. The company has also attached the same. The above information is also available on the website of the Company at www.starlineps.com.
