Sundram Fasteners informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sundram Fasteners has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, to consider the following: - 1. Review and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and 2. Declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. As informed earlier vide our communication dated March 30, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results i.e. from March 31, 2026 (Tuesday) to May 5, 2026 (Tuesday), as per the Code of Conduct for Designated Persons of the Company framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
