Varroc Engineering informs about change in name of promoter trusts
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Varroc Engineering has informed that the Company has received intimation regarding change in the names of certain Trusts forming part of the Promoter/Promoter Group of the Company, as details enclosed. Further the company has clarified that the said changes are limited to the names of the respective trusts and do not result in any change in the trustees, beneficiaries, beneficial ownership, shareholding, voting rights or control in respect of the equity shares of the Company held by the respective trusts. Accordingly, there is no change in the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company consequent to the aforesaid change in names. This disclosure is being made for the information of the Stock Exchanges and stakeholders of the Company. The aforesaid information is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.varroc.com.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and with reference to earlier intimation dated March 6, 2026, Varroc Engineering has informed that as per the information received by the Company on September 8, 2026, SES ESG Research (‘SES ESG’), has independently assigned an ESG Rating of ‘70.7’ to the Company, representing an improvement of 0.4 points over its previous rating of 70.3. The rating reflects the Company's performance across various Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) parameters as assessed by the rating agency. The Company has not engaged SES ESG for the ESG rating, and the said rating information was received from BSE. A copy of the press release issued by SES ESG in this regard is enclosed.
