HDFC Credit Card Reward Points Program Important Changes from 1st January 2023

To ensure that you redeem the points and make the most of your credit card, staying updated with the terms and conditions is crucial.

Here is an overview of the updated terms and conditions on HDFC Bank credit card reward points redemption:

Redeeming points to book flights and hotel is capped at 1,50,000, 75,000, and 50,000 points, depending on the card
Redeeming points against the credit card bill is capped at 3,000 points and 50,000 points, depending on the card
Redeeming against vouchers is capped at 70%
Rent payments will not be eligible for reward points
Government transactions will not be eligible for reward points for certain cards

Reward points earned on grocery transactions capped at 2,000 and 1,000 depending on the card

For the MoneyBack card, 100 HDFC credit card reward points have a value in rupees of ₹0.20 for cashback. For airmiles, across major airlines programmes, the value of 1 point equals to ₹0.30
