Jubilant FoodWorks informs about outcome of board meeting
In furtherance to letter no. JFL/NSE-BSE/2026-27/05 dated April 28, 2026, Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, May 20, 2026, which commenced at 03.00 pm and concluded at 03.45 pm has: Approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026 and Limited Reviewed Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (‘Financial Results’) and took on record the audit report(s) with unmodified opinion on the Financial Results. Recommended dividend of INR 1.2 (i.e. 60%) per equity share of face value of INR 2 each for financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’). The dividend upon approval by the shareholders will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM. Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, it has enclosed: 1. A copy of the aforesaid Financial Results along with Auditor's Report thereupon; and Declaration from Chief Financial Officer of the Company under Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations regarding audit report(s) with unmodified opinion.
