India Tourism Development Corporation informs about AGM and annual report
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), India Tourism Development Corporation has informed that it enclosed the Notice of the 61st Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 at 12.00 hours IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), along with the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26. The aforesaid documents are being sent electronically to the members whose e-mail address is registered with the Company’s Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent/Depositories, the National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India). Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter providing the web-link including the exact path, of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and Notice of the AGM, sent to those members who have not registered their e-mail address. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company.
