Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CarTrade Tech has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
