Hyundai Motor India informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Hyundai Motor India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30,2026. In this connection, with reference to its letter dated September 25, 2026, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments made thereunder, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed for designated persons and/or their immediate relatives and/or persons with whom such designated persons shares a material financial relationship w.e.f. Thursday, October 01, 2026. Further, the trading window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of the Un- audited Financial Results.
