Canara Bank informs about update on issue of additional bonds
With reference to its letter No - SD:265/266/11/12/2026-27 dated 16.09.2026 regarding issuance of Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds, Canara Bank has informed that the Bank has raised Rs.2,042 crores, 8.10% Unsecured, Subordinated, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible, Perpetual, Fully-paid-up, Taxable, Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds in the nature of Debentures of face Value Rs 1 crore each. The details of the Bonds issued are enclosed. The exchanges will be informed regarding the proposed listing on the NSE.
