In continuation of earlier intimations made in connection with the Initial Public Offering (‘IPO’) of EAAA India Alternatives (‘EAAA’), a subsidiary of the Company and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations), Edelweiss Financial Services has informed that EAAA has successfully completed its IPO. As part of the IPO, Edelweiss Securities and Investments (‘ESIPL’), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has sold 72,07,207 equity shares by way of Offer for Sale, at the price of Rs 1,665 per share. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are enclosed. The company has informed that subsequent to the IPO and Offer for Sale, EAAA continues to be a subsidiary of the Company.
