ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company informs about receipt of order
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Sub-Para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has informed that the Company is in receipt of an Order dated September 7, 2026, passed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (‘IRDAI’). The requisite details of the Order as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in Annexure 1. The details as required under Regulation 30(13) of the Listing Regulations read with the Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in Annexure 2. Further the company has stated that the information and details provided in Annexure 2, in compliance with Regulation 30(13) of the Listing Regulations read with the Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 are true, correct and complete to the best of its knowledge and belief.
