General Insurance Corporation of India informs about disclosure
General Insurance Corporation of India has informed that the Ministry of Finance vide letter no. eF. No. 6/2(vii)/2026-BO-I dated 12th August 2026 has conveyed that the Central Government, in exercise of its powers under Article No. 75 of the Articles of Association of General Insurance Corporation of India, appoints Hiteshkumar Kismatbhai Bhandari, as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of the Corporation for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the aforesaid letter (i.e. 12.08.2026), or until further orders, whichever is earlier. His brief profile is enclosed. Further, details prescribed under SEBI LODR Regulations including date of assumption of office by the Director, will be disclosed to the Stock Exchange in due course.
