In terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Person read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Midwest has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives on and from July 01, 2026 and would re-open after expiry of 48 hours from announcement of Un-audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
