Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereto, AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed that, Bhavana Agrawal, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) has communicated her resignation from the position of CFO (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 31, 2026, pursuant to her appointment to a regional role within the AstraZeneca Group. A copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure – A. Further, the details as required under the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure – B.

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Insecticides (India) has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 11th day of August, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, it has already informed vide its letter dated No. IIL/SE/2026/2206/01 dated June 22, 2026 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's Un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026.
